  • Providing information, training and resources to enhance employee awareness of the OHS management system

  • Complying with additional customer OHS requirements as agreed
  • Rehabilitating any employee that suffers a work related injury and provide reasonable assistance and encouragement towards their full recovery and resumption of work as soon as possible – consistent with medical advice.

  • Maintain a safe workplace
  • Ensure observation of safe working procedures
  • Respond to unsafe practices, environment and equipment
  • The Human Resources Manager will coordinate rehabilitation return to work plans

Employees Policy Responsibilities:

Employees and others have the responsibility to :

  • Adhere to safe working procedures in order to maintain their own safety and the safety of their colleagues
  • Co-operate with Sedres Maritime managers and supervisors in the identification, assessment and control of hazards and risks
  • Report all unsafe work practices, work conditions and equipment when they are identified
